All funds received from customers will be placed in a trust account, as required by The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. This ensures that the money is securely held and protected until the completion of the travel arrangements.
By placing the funds in a trust account, we guarantee that in the event of our insolvency or bankruptcy, customers' money will be safeguarded and available for refund.

Your money is transferred to the trust account until the trip is complete
Your money will remain in the trust account until you return from your trip, if for any reason the trip does not go ahead and you do not wish to travel on an alternative date, then your money will be returned to you, if anything was to happen to the company and the company becomes insolvent, then the trustee will release the money back to you, giving you full financial protection.
Top tip, if you have a credit card, you are welcome to pay by this method at no extra cost and this may offer you extra security.
